We don’t believe in 18‑month “Big Bang” projects. We work in iterative loops. Each loop is a complete value cycle: identify a bottleneck, build the solution, and verify the result.
We start with a Foundation Loop to get the basics right, then move into Growth Loops to scale-up functionality as soon as possible.
Before we touch your system, we need to ensure the foundation is right. This is the architectural on-ramp for your PLM.

We implement the “First Loop” identified in Phase 1 directly in your Aras Environment.

Once the foundation is set, we scale the system to its “Go-Live” state through a series of iterative loops. Each loop includes implementation and evaluation steps. We review the functionality against your requirements before moving to the next set of features.

With the core version built and tested through the Growth Loops, we move the system into full daily operation.

PLM is never “finished.” Once you are live, we stay by your side to expand the system’s footprint.
The work:We pick the next “low-hanging fruit” from your long-term backlog—such as Supplier Portal, Compliance modules, or Analytics.
The benefit: You only scale the system as your business needs it. You stay agile, adding new “loops” of functionality without needing another massive IT project.

Once the solution is delivered, you’ll begin to realise the benefits of optimised product lifecycle management. We don’t disappear after go-live; we continue to provide dedicated support and can further refine the solutions as your organization evolves.
You are fully supported by our team and by Aras Corporation, ensuring long-term success.
✅
Fixed-price start: The Kickstarter (Phase 1) and The Production PoC (Phase 2) can be small, fixed-price investments to prove the business case.
✅
Predictable transition: Once Foundation Loop is completed, we move from fixed-price planning to clearly defined, per-sprint billing for the implementation.
✅
Pay-as-you-grow: You only pay for the specific Loops we build. If your priorities change, you can redirect the spending at the start of the next Evaluate & Extend phase.
