The Fulvisol Method:
Practical PLM in Loops

We don’t believe in 18‑month “Big Bang” projects. We work in iterative loops. Each loop is a complete value cycle: identify a bottleneck, build the solution, and verify the result.

We start with a Foundation Loop to get the basics right, then move into Growth Loops to scale-up functionality as soon as possible.

1. Initial Kickstarter

2. Proof-of-Concept

3. Growth Loops

4. Go-Live

Laying Foundation

Phase 1: Kickstarter
(3 Days, Fixed-price)

Before we touch your system, we need to ensure the foundation is right. This is the architectural on-ramp for your PLM.

  • The work: We analyse your current “BOM chaos” or “Recipe gaps” in a common workshop, prioritise and define the solution concepts for them.
  • The output: A fixed-price contract for your first PLM implementation (PoC) and a rough roadmap to your production version. This reduces your risk of starting the “wrong project”.

Phase 2: PoC
(4-8 weeks, Fixed-price)

We implement the “First Loop” identified in Phase 1 directly in your Aras Environment.

  • No throwaway work: We use your real CAD data, parts, or ingredient specifications of process industry.
  • The output: Initial Loop is complete. You have a live, working PLM foundation that your team can actually use.

The Growth Loops

Phase 3: Value Sprints

Once the foundation is set, we scale the system to its “Go-Live” state through a series of iterative loops. Each loop includes implementation and evaluation steps. We review the functionality against your requirements before moving to the next set of features.

  • The work: 2–4 week cycles adding features like Change Management (ECOs), Quality workflows, or ERP synchronization.
  • The output: A fully featured core version of Aras, validated by your key users.

Go-Live

Phase 4: Final Validation & Rollout

With the core version built and tested through the Growth Loops, we move the system into full daily operation.

  • The work: Final user training, production data migration, and the technical cut-over. We ensure the “Golden Thread” of your data is secure.
  • The output: Aras becomes your official system of record. Your entire team transitions from legacy tools to the new platform.

After The Core Project

Extend (Continuous Value)

PLM is never “finished.” Once you are live, we stay by your side to expand the system’s footprint.

The work:We pick the next “low-hanging fruit” from your long-term backlog—such as Supplier Portal, Compliance modules, or Analytics.
The benefit: You only scale the system as your business needs it. You stay agile, adding new “loops” of functionality without needing another massive IT project.

Realising the Benefits & Ongoing Support

Once the solution is delivered, you’ll begin to realise the benefits of optimised product lifecycle management. We don’t disappear after go-live; we continue to provide dedicated support and can further refine the solutions as your organization evolves.

You are fully supported by our team and by Aras Corporation, ensuring long-term success.

The Safety Net

Fixed-price start: The Kickstarter (Phase 1) and The Production PoC (Phase 2) can be small, fixed-price investments to prove the business case.

Predictable transition: Once Foundation Loop is completed, we move from fixed-price planning to clearly defined, per-sprint billing for the implementation.

Pay-as-you-grow: You only pay for the specific Loops we build. If your priorities change, you can redirect the spending at the start of the next Evaluate & Extend phase.
